砌块的实际尺寸是多少？

名义 20 × 20 × 40 厘米的砌块实测为 19.4 × 19.4 × 39.7。少掉的一厘米就是灰缝，所以估算时使用名义尺寸。

2.4 米高的墙有多少皮？

十二皮。每皮连灰缝为名义 20 厘米，240 除以 20 正好是 12，这也是这一高度如此常见的原因之一。

砌块空腔需要灌浆吗？

结构墙和挡土墙通常要求按规范间距灌浆并插入竖向钢筋；非承重的花园矮墙一般不需要，但顶皮灌浆能提升耐久性。
